Care built around your child
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management, with a focus on ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
Who we see
New patients are ages 6 through graduation from high school.
Initial evaluation · two visits
Getting to know your child
The first appointment is a psychiatric evaluation lasting approximately 90 minutes. It focuses on understanding your child’s development, health, relationships, strengths, and current concerns, with time together as a family and individual conversation.
The second appointment is a treatment-planning visit lasting approximately 45 minutes. We’ll discuss the assessment, consider treatment options, and develop a plan together.

Ongoing care
Follow-up visits begin after the two-part initial evaluation is complete and we’ve agreed on a plan together. Each follow-up lasts 30 minutes. We’ll review new concerns, discuss how medication is working, and update the treatment plan as needed. We’ll also discuss whether coordination with therapists, other medical providers, or your child’s school would be helpful.
Occasionally a visit calls for more time—for example after a significant change—and when that’s the case, we’ll plan a longer appointment together in advance.
Visits often include brief, practical therapy—skills and strategies your child and family can use between appointments. The practice does not offer standalone weekly psychotherapy; when ongoing therapy is needed, Dr. Singh works alongside your child’s therapist, or helps you find one.
Alongside therapists and other providers
Supporting care for autism and OCD
For children on the autism spectrum, Dr. Singh is one part of a larger team, and medication is only ever a small piece of it. He has experience providing medication management for children and teens on the spectrum, directed at specific co-occurring emotional or behavioral symptoms rather than autism itself.
For OCD, both therapy and medication are proven treatments, and they work best together. Dr. Singh provides medication management for OCD as part of a coordinated plan and works closely with your child’s therapist, typically one who provides exposure and response prevention (ERP). If your child needs a therapist and doesn’t have one, he will help you find one.
Working together
Collaboration is an essential part of Dr. Singh’s approach. With your permission, he works with your child or teen’s other care providers to build a shared understanding and coordinate care.
In the office or by video
Initial evaluations are recommended in person to help us get to know one another, build a connection, and develop a fuller understanding of your child through conversation and observation.
Follow-up visits may combine office and video appointments, based on your child’s needs and treatment plan, with in-person visits for monitoring when needed.
